FAFSA® Completion Night

Get ready to file the FAFSA® in two easy steps:

  1. Create your Federal Student Aid ID at least three days before the event at studentaid.gov.
  2. Bring your 2022 tax return information, including schedules and W2s.

We also encourage any contributors (i.e., parents) to create their FSA ID.

This year, the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) is getting an update. And it is NOW available to file! 

赌钱app可以微信提现’s priority deadlines will stay the same—the FAFSA® is March 15 and the 赌钱app可以微信提现 Scholarships Application is April 1. Remember, you need to fill out the FAFSA® every year to be considered for federal financial aid and need-based scholarships.

It's time to get started by gathering these documents:

  1. Federal Student Aid ID
  2. 2022 tax return information, including W2 forms
  3. Contact information for your FAFSA contributors (ex. Parents of dependent students or spouses)

What’s changed with the FAFSA®?

  • A streamlined FAFSA® form available in more languages
  • Expanded Pell Grant access
  • Changes in how your family size is determined
  • Replacing the term Expected Family Contribution (EFC) with the Student Aid Index (SAI)
  • Contributors (anyone who is required to provide information on your form, such as a parent) must provide financial information
  • Tax information automatically transferred into the application through IRS Direct Data Exchange
